We started with a neutral color palette and two charmingly versatile prints. From there, the cutaparts and goodies lean into a "dog-friendly" or "cat-centric" direction. Both page kits feature adorable imagery and embellishments synonymous with our furry friends. These pages are perfect for photos of your newest family member, your current side-kick, or even a pet that's crossed the rainbow bridge.

Cat Page Kit

Here's a quick visual tour of what you'll find in the collection.

Let's take a closer look at the eight pages you'll make when you follow the printable instructions included with purchase. In addition, I'll guide you through the assembly process. (Both dogs and cats will be covered in one video.) A link to my video workshop is provided in the instructions document.

Layouts 1 & 2

Highlight the cat-shaped woodcut by topping with blue jute. Wrap the brown ribbon as shown to create a collar, and top it off with the gold paw charm attached with jute.

Layouts 3 & 4

The cat-shaped paper clips are adorable on their own, but Jacqueline also created a matching cutapart to highlight the embellishment!

Layouts 5 & 6

Add the gold paw-shaped charm to the cutapart collar. Adorable! (Our Bookbinding Glue is the perfect thing for adding metal embellishments to paper.)

Layouts 7 & 8

Add a set of 1.5" square to the bottom right corner of the layout and top with your favorite printed sentiment from the cutapart. Anchor the trio with a .5" strip of Light Brown rescued from the "scrap pile!"

Dog Page Kit

Scroll on to see each pair of Dog layouts. The Dog and Cat pages are nearly identical in design, but we sill have two separate sets of assembly instructions and videos for each of the kits to avoid any confusion.

Layout 1 & 2

Same drill with the dog bone woodcut . . . add ribbon and a charm. Still looks adorable!

Layout 3 & 4

Jacqueline created a cutapart to coincide with the dog-shaped paper clips. To hide the clip, simply add a small slot beneath the ear with a craft knife, and slide the clip into the slot for a perfect fit.

Layout 5 & 6

I love the little strips of sentiments provided in the cutaparts. And...the advice is accurate.

Layout 7 & 8

My slot punch got a workout when making the pages. The set features several tag-shaped images and journaling prompts. For great tips on how to work with ribbon included in your kit, don't forget about our ribbon "shorts" playlist!
