Here's a quick visual tour of what you'll find in the collection.
Let's take a closer look at the eight pages you'll make when you follow the printable instructions included with purchase. In addition, I'll guide you through the assembly process. A link to my video workshop is provided in the instructions document.
Page Kit instructions
Layouts 1 & 2
The round bronze frames add a stunning touch to the page title and tag when suspended between two pieces of light purple satin ribbon. Add one with vertical ribbons and the other with horizontal.
Layouts 3 & 4
An easy ribbon trick is to trim two lengths of ribbon about 2" wider than the cutapart. Fold one ribbon in half and adhere the ends to the back of the piece so the center fold of the ribbon lands at the center of the cutapart. Next, thread the 2nd piece of ribbon through the loop, give it a tug, and wrap the loop around to the back. Secure with your favorite adhesive. I love this trick for handmade cards because the ribbon looks fabulous but doesn't require a lumpy knot.
Layouts 5 & 6
The "Order of Operations" isn't just for algebra! To create this lovely trio of tags, round the corners of the printed cutaparts and adhere to the tags. Add foam adhesive to the back of each tag, leaving the backing attached. Thread the tags with ribbon, being sure the ribbon is long enough to wrap around to the back of the page. Next, remove the backing from the foam and attach the tags. Secure the ribbon ends. Apply a small dab of glue to the hole of the tag and add a gem. Allow the glue to dry completely.
Layouts 7 & 8
Use the 4mm setting on your corner rounding punch to add a soft rounding to each layer of this nested sentiment. Finish with the embroidered flower topped with a gem.
