It's time to take a closer look at the Shoji stamps! This elegant 6x8" sheet of American-made clear stamps provides endless inspiration. Grab your Shoji POP (pack of panels), inks, and embossing powers, and let's get busy creating!

Card 1 - 5x7"

Shoji Stamps by Club Scrap #clubscrap

This is my favorite card creation with the Shoji stamps! After scouring the internet for various origami kimono styles, I found one that came together very easily. Click to download the instructions. I always test the folds with a sheet of text weight scrap paper prior to using nicer stock.

Emboss a 4x12" sheet of Metallic Gold Text Weight paper with a texture folder and follow the origami kimono instructions. Round a few of the corners on the kimono with a Corner Chomper, and add a belt to the kimono with coordinating ribbon.

Arrange three koi images on an acrylic block and stamp onto a red panel with Club Scrap's watermark ink. Dust the stamped images with Gold Pan Pastels. Stamp the sentiment onto a separate red panel and heat set with gold embossing powder.

Card 2 - 4.25x5.5"

This simple gate fold structure follows the same concept as the tri-fold cards featured in our card kit, but perfectly fits the "window" stamp included on the sheet.

Have fun adding elements within the window. Select any scenery image from the sheet and stamp with Ash ink to soften the image.

Card 3 - 5x7"

Stamp the foreground image with Amethyst ink and layer onto a stunning panel created with the Shoji stencil and gold embossing ink. Finish with a beautiful satin bow. (This would make a terrific retirement card!)

Card 4 - 4.25x5.5"

To create this classy card, simply stamp the images and sentiment onto a black panel with watermark ink, sprinkle with gold embossing powder, tap off excess, and heat to melt. Wrap the upper right and lower left corners of the panel with ribbon and layer onto a folded card base.

Card 5 - 4.25x5.5"

Add horizontal and vertical score lines to the Metallic Gold card panel 3/4" apart to create a screen-like effect in the background. What a cool and inexpensive way to add texture! Load the koi fish stamp image with Tangerine and Yellow inks before stamping.

Card 6 - 4x4"

To create a fun "splatter" with the koi image, spritz the stamp generously with water and apply color with a watercolor crayon. Next, stamp the image with a little extra gusto, allowing some of the ink to spray. (We'll call it the "watercolor smash" technique.) I selected a swatch of the gorgeous handmade paper featured in the Kintsugi collection for the stamped panel.

Card 7 - 5x7"

I think I mentioned that card #1 was my favorite. Just kidding. THIS one is my favorite. Cut or punch a circle from the Red paper, stamp with assorted images, and run through a paper crimper. (I feel lucky I was able to locate mine!) Punch a second circle from Black paper, trim off a small section, and add to the top of the faux paper lantern. Add to the card with a loop of thread hanging from a brad. Accent with gold thin line Dazzles.

Card 8 - 4.25x5.5"

Stamp the bird image with watercolor crayons, add a sentiment, and nest with black. Layer onto a white folded card base and finish with two thin, chain-like Dazzle stickers.
