Round and Round Page Kit
Though each Club Scrap Page Kit creates eight coordinating pages, I rarely use all of them for a single occasion or event. I recommend treating each two-page spread independently, and allowing the color palette to guide you as you select your photos.
Layout 1 & 2
Friday was my dear husband's last day of work as a postmaster for USPS. His crew set up a small gathering of current and past carriers at a local pub to celebrate. The first three layout pairs feature photos* from the evening.
I didn't change this two-page spread much, as it fit the photos really well. The only adjustment was to the cutaparts on the right page: I covered the "play" sentiment with Dusty Blue (Round and Round Pack of Panels) and nested the "fun" cutapart on top.
Layout 3 & 4
No changes here - the layout was absolutely perfect!
Layout 5 & 6
Due to a case of "verticalitis", photo mats were rotated on both sides of this layout to better accommodate the photos.
Shifting the two vertical mats to the bottom right corner created more space at the top of the page for an extra photo.
On the right, rotate the entire page 90 degrees (counter-clockwise) before adding the circle die cuts.
Layout 7 & 8
Finally, the last two pages feature photos of Patrick and I a few Wednesdays ago. He loves seeing himself on the selfie camera of my phone. His silly faces crack me up!
Whew! I try to have my layouts completed with layouts before the end of the month, and I JUST made it!
