I'm so excited about the August collection! I actually had trouble deciding which (of the hundreds of) photos to scrap - no flight required. Are you ready to see the Mediterranean Page Kit layouts, before and after photos?

Mediterranean Page Kit

Layout 1 & 2

Mediterranean Layout 1 & 2

This two-page spread features photos of my son and his girlfriend making chocolate-covered strawberries for Valentine's Day.

I didn't change much from the original layout design. I saved the mini drawstring bag for another project and attached the ribbon to the tag a bit differently than Tricia.

Layout 3 & 4

I just love the clever craft knife tricks Tricia used on these pages to keep the beautiful artwork in the foreground.

I stayed close to the original layout for this spread as well. However, I had two additional photos I wanted to include for this occasion.

The solution? Crop the photo of the wine flight to fit below the tag on the left page.

And on the right, mat a square photo in blue (from the Mediterranean Pack of Panels) and adhere in the spot originally reserved for the gold filigree border.

Layout 5 & 6

This spread features photos from dinner at a hibachi restaurant.

The gold filigree border from Layout 3 & 4 finds a new home on the left side of the spread.

Layout 7 & 8

Pics of cute kids are perfect on almost any collection. Here, my friend Oliver and his sisters are enjoying a snack break during a recent visit to the waterpark.

Have extra photos? Use the reverse side of the "Cooking with love" Cutapart as a photo mat; tie with blue ribbon. Instead of the mini drawstring bag, crop a photo to fit the Dark Yellow mat.

And there you have it! Four very different occasions scrapped on a single collection. I hope I've inspired you to "think outside the pizza box" on this one. Be sure to share your finished pages, cards or other projects on our Club Scrap Chat group on Facebook.

Happy scrapping!
