December Bonus Formula

Layout Sketch

The December Bonus Formula creates a well-balanced two-page spread that is home to a dozen (or more) photos. To make the layout, gather five 12x12 papers. Follow the trimming instructions on the printable document, then assemble the pages using the sketch as your guide.

December Bonus Layout

To recreate my layout, gather the following Luminary papers: Green (Paper A), Square Medallion Print (B), Dk. Purple (C) and two Cream Speckle (D).

As you can see, I strayed very little from the original sketch this time. On the left page, add an extra vertical photo with a Cream Speckle mat (Luminary Pack of Panels). Embellish the page with a cutapart sentiment (rescued from my Luminary Page Kit layouts), mat with Cream Speckle.

On the right, tuck a horizontal photo into the upper right corner of the page - no mat necessary.

Utilize the following paper assignments to replicate Tricia's two page spread: Dk. Purple (Paper A), Round Medallion Print (B), Green (C), and two Lt. Purple (D).

On the left, Trica added a photo using the two 3x4 rectangle panels as a "mat". Journaling was added to the border strip at the bottom of the page.

Tricia also added one unmatted photo to the upper right corner of the second page.

These formulas are designed to help you construct even more pages, while utilizing papers and supplies you already own.
