Thanks to Tricia's efficient crafting methods, Club Scrap's page kits and card kits rarely produce scraps. However, when transforming a page or card kit into a project, the potential for leftovers increases, and I hate to see those beautiful snippets go to waste.

Julie has offered many tutorials for rescuing scraps from the waste bin and turning them into something beautiful and useful. Her posts usually offer detailed step-by-step instructions, so rather than make this post a mile long, I've listed inspiring articles and tutorial links at the end of this post.

Starry Night

After assembling the mini star book project, I had paper strips and Cutaparts left over. The cards below feature those leftover Cutaparts trimmed for use as sentiments. Plain White and Dk. Blue papers from my stash create the card bases, and the panels are pulled from the Starry Night Pack of Panels.

Once all of the sentiment Cutaparts were used, I supplemented with greetings from the Starry Night stamps and Sapphire ink. Each card features a cluster of Gold Dazzles for a bit of sparkle.

Happy Life

When creating my January Bonus Formula layout, I trimmed select Card Cutaparts to embellish my pages. The cards below were created with the remaining Cutaparts, paper strips and the Happy Life Pack of Panels.

Precision Card Making

After completing the Precision Card Making Class, there were a few scraps left over from each paper. I combined them with Purple from the Lotus Pack of Panels, and a few purple strips from other projects to create four cards. Since all of the sentiments were used in class, I simply added greetings from the Starry Night stamps with Amethyst ink.

Die cut Champagne Metallic stars enhance two cards.
