Take a closer look at the eight Beautiful Noise pages you'll make with our August 2020 collection!
Beth and Deb are the first to see the gorgeous papers when they first arrive at the warehouse. They both immediately loved the color palette and goodies!
If you choose to follow our page assembly instructions, read on to learn more details about each double page spread.
Beautiful Noise Pages
Layouts 1 & 2
Rather than trimming the 12x12 Burgundy Print into sections, I'll show you how to use a 3x14" grid ruler paired with your new mini grid ruler to easily divide the print, leaving a beautiful torn edge. Next, use the grid ruler to perfectly trim the tag-shaped corners on the cutapart. Add a burgundy bow and finish with a trio of flower petals.
Layouts 3 & 4
Build a collage of cutapart elements on the left side of the layout. Layer the "dance" cutapart onto a kraft scallop-edged tag and accent with washi tape flower petals. Staple a piece of folded ribbon to the top and bottom of the oval cutapart.
Layouts 5 & 6
Tune in to the page assembly portion of the Beautiful Noise video tutorial this kit to learn how to easily make this double-looped bow. The low profile bow is perfect for pages and cards because it lacks a bulky center knot. Members, you'll find the link to the video tutorial on page one of your instructions.
Layouts 7 & 8
Originally, the .25x12 Dk. Blue strip and the 1x3.5" Dk. Blue piece were destined for the "circular file." Instead, use the narrow strip to subdivide the page into two sections. Next, trim a "v" into the end of the 1x3.5" remnant and tuck it between the journaling prompt and mat. Scraps no more!
All of the August kits and components are available in the online store. Time to stock up while you can!
Have a melodious day!
